Land Services
Our Land Services team is experienced in all facets of right-of-way acquisition, including obtaining survey permission forms, easement acquisitions, temporary workspace permits, options to purchase, and damage releases. We have the ability to standardize client files and paperwork, bringing historic data up to today’s industry standards.
Our Construction team consists of two teams: Field Construction Management and Right of Way Construction Support. CSG works to meet each client's goals and expectations by representing them throughout all construction activities with project owners, landowners, and contractors to verify work is done efficiently, effectively, and accurately.
Construction Support
Our Technology team assists all groups of Legacy in their efforts, providing GIS services, custom database creation, reporting, and data sharing. Our customized database was built specifically to track all aspects of title work, survey permission, acquisition, and construction. Our technology team has helped facilitate ease of use, full project visibility for clients.

Our Story
Local municipalities and utility companies sought improved solutions for their rate-payers. They were dealing with multiple outages due to late schedules, over-budget projects, and poor land management from acquisition agents.
Clients were so impressed by the work ethic of Legacy’s founder, they asked him to start his own service company. Legacy PSG Inc. was founded in February 2018 in Muleshoe, Texas. Since then, Legacy's proven project delivery has resulted in a meteoric rise in the industry.
